"30 Objects in a Living Room" is a body of work researched and developed whilst in residence interning at Print Manufactory, Coventry, with a particular focus on darkroom technique. Executing this project I drew together numerous elements which have interested me for some time - cataloguing, still lifes, human psyche and the practice of collecting, connotations of nostalgia and the subconscious, hand-printing methodology and analogue aesthetics, whilst often reflecting on the artist Susan Hiller since her death in January 2019.
